Your REFINED custom computer is warranted for defects in material for 2 years labor and one year parts from the date your computer ships.
Labor Warranty
The REFINED 3-year labor warranty includes upgrades purchased through REFINED. Should you wish to make upgrades to your computer, see the "Limitation of Liability" section below for exceptions to this coverage.
Parts Warranty
Every REFINED computer includes one year of parts warranty. If a component fails or is found to be defective and is reported during this term, REFINED will repair or replace the defective part with new or reconditioned parts at our option.
Shipping Warranty
Since most problems occur early in the warranty term, including shipping damages, REFINED offers outstanding warranty service for the first 30 days, during which time wewill pay for shipping in both directions when it is determined by us to be necessary to bring a system back here for repair.

Replacement Parts
If we find that a part is defective, and you are capable of swapping out the part yourself, we can just send a replacement part out to you as an advance RMA or cross-shipment. The replacement part we send will include a return shipping label so you can return the defective part to us at no cost to you. This advance replacement must be secured by credit card. Any defective part not returned within 15 days from the time the replacement part is shipped, will be charged to your credit card for its value. With all advance RMAs, REFINED is not responsible for any damages stemming from improper installation of the new part. It is your responsibility to know how to safely work with the hardware you are replacing.
Return for Repair
Desktop and server computer systems are generally repaired within 3-4 business days after we receive delivery. If replacement parts are not in stock, more time will be needed to complete the repair.
- We will email you an electronic return label that you will print and take with the computer, packed in its original packaging to any local UPS counter, and the computer will be shipped to us at no cost to you.
- We issue a UPS pickup request. UPS will show up at your door with a return label to pickup the computer, which should be packed in its original packaging and ready to ship. We have no control over what time UPS will arrive, but they will make 3 attempts (1 per day) if you are not there.
Technical Support
Technical support is included with each computer system for 3years. You must have your invoice number to obtain technical support.
