Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy as follows:
- All orders placed before 12pm PST (excluding custom built computers) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST may be shipped the following business day.
- Once your order has been placed you will be notified immediately of any out of stock or backordered products and be given an updated timeline for delivery.
- Products are shipped on weekdays only. No weekend shipping.
- All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
- Overnight, second day, and three day shipping services are available upon request. Please call our customer service line to arrange special shipments.
- If you supplied a valid e-mail address at checkout, you will be notified when your order has shipped along with a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
Important:
If you notice damage to your package when it is delivered please notify RCS immediately before opening.
Return Policy:
Refined Consulting Services, LLC. must be informed of any problems and/or order discrepancies (wrong product received, wrong product ordered, shipping damage, or defective product) within 7 business days from receipt of product. Any return needs to be accompanied with an RMA number. You can receive an RMA number by emailing us at support@refinedcs.com or calling us at 888-664-1182. All returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery. However, returns are not allowed on computers or other equipment that are built with custom specifications unless approved by RCS.Products must be in same condition as when received by customer. Unless otherwise noted shipping & handling charges are never refundable.
All refused packages will be accepted back in stock and credit will be processed within 5 (five) business days from receipt of the merchandise less 15% restocking fee and shipping charges. No exceptions.
The customer assumes full responsibility for product compatibility. Refined Consulting Services, LLC. does not guarantee any product compatibility other than with the ProCare Management System on products we sell.
